It’s that time of the year once again, where you find yourself warming up your car in the morning to let the windows defrost before heading out to your workout class. It’s the time when you need gloves and ear muffs just to consider going for a long walk. You layer up for your workout class, only to shed them during warm-up and put them back on after class. It’s also the time to bring out your cold-weather workout clothes. If you’re anything like me, you might not have many options because you don’t want to admit that it’s actually cold enough outside to necessitate them. But reality hits hard, and you still have to bundle up and face the chilly weather, ready or not.

This year, I’ve decided to be one of those prepared individuals with the right jackets, long sleeves, leggings, and shoes suitable for the season.
