Step aside, Spotify Wrapped! This new iteration of TikTok Wrapped allows you to delve into your TikTok stats and data for 2023 in a way that’s akin to being wrapped in a warm digital embrace.
In 2021, TikTok presented “Year on TikTok,” its own version of Wrapped, but unfortunately, it didn’t make a comeback in 2022. Despite that, you can still organize and collect your TikTok usage through third-party platforms. Curious about how many hours you’ve spent on the app or how many videos you’ve watched? TikTok Wrapped is your answer—a distinctive platform that crafts a personalized journey through your TikTok experience.
But before you can immerse yourself in TikTok Wrapped, you’ll need to obtain your TikTok data. Here’s how you can do that.
Getting Your TikTok Data

Step 1: Launch the TikTok app and tap Profile at the bottom
If you want to experience TikTok Wrapped, begin by requesting a copy of your data.
Step 2: Tap the Menu button at the top
Step 3: Go to Settings and privacy
Step 4: Tap Manage account, and here you’ll find the option to Download your data
Step 5: Follow the instructions to download your data
Step 6: It may take up to 3 days to prepare a file, according to TikTok
Step 7: Once the file is prepared, you have up to four days to download it
To access the file, return to Manage account (under settings and privacy).
Step 8: Tap Download data at the top
